Friend & Neighbor Discount: If you have someone coming
into the area or are visiting someone who lives within a
10 mile radius of the Inn, be sure to ask about our
Friend & Neighbor Discount (please call ahead as there
are some date restrictions).
As you are shown
your room you will be pleased to find that our
guestrooms are decorated in the old country style with
stenciling, colorful quilts and local antiques. Rooms
include conveniences such as private bath and
individually controlled heating and air conditioning.
Country Cottage:
Smaller room, Antique post full-size bed. 2nd floor
overlooking the pasture.
Cozy Corner:
Smaller room with full size bed. 2nd floor overlooking
the pasture.
Avian View:
1st floor room with double size window overlooking the
pasture. Queen size bed.
Starry Night:
1st floor room with double size window overlooking the
pasture. Queen size bed.
Two Story Loft
Suite: Offers 2nd floor sleeping loft with queen
size bed, full-bath, 1st floor sitting room, hand
painted primitive murals, exposed beams and natural oak
throughout.

Policies:
Guests are welcome
to arrive at our home between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Special arrangements can be made with the innkeeper if
arrival time is after 10:00 p.m. Check-out by 11:00 a.m.
We do require a
minimum night stay over weekends; however, there may be
times when a single night reservation may be available.
If requesting a single night visit over a weekend, we
require that you please call the Inn directly. A one-night's
credit card deposit is required to confirm your
reservation. All reservations will receive confirmation
through email. Please bring this confirmation with you
upon check-in.
Notify us of a
cancellation at least 10 days before your expected
arrival and you will receive a refund on your deposit.
Last minute cancellations will receive a refund only if
we are able to rebook your room. There is a $15.00
service charge deducted from your returned deposit.
We do not have
accommodations for small children, are a non-smoking
home and ask that you limit your smoking to our outside
garden areas. If you are house pet sensitive, be aware
that we have a dog named "Lucy", a very friendly black
Labrador retriever.
Lodging Rates:
Our room rates are
subject to a 6% PA sales tax and a 3% County Lodging Tax
= 9% sales tax due. Personal checks, Travelers checks as
well as all major credit cards are accepted. (Add 3.5%
for the convenience of using your Discover, MasterCard,
Visa or American Express). |
